Local photographer Mike Rego was out and about on Thursday 22nd August to capture the atmosphere and wonderful talent that went into making Moreton Carnival one of the highlights of the year. There was even a proposal of marriage! Andrew Pike, a driver for Thompsons Devon, surprised his long term girlfriend Charlotte Lambell by proposing to her in front of his truck prior to the start of the carnival procession.
