Listed for £650,000, the freehold village pub sits between Tavistock and Plymouth and features a beer garden, TV facilities, and a 4.7-star rating on Google. The property is considered particularly appealing for landlords looking to draw in football fans during match seasons.

Researchers evaluated pubs listed on Rightmove in the two weeks leading up to June 23, using criteria such as reviews, listed price, amenities, proximity to football stadiums, and outdoor space.

The report identified ten standout venues offering strong returns for prospective buyers, with Drake Manor Inn highlighted for its location, facilities and customer feedback.
