This vital development is part of the council’s ongoing work to support residents who need immediate help.
With an increasing number of people across West Devon requiring short-term housing, the council has ensured these new homes are energy-efficient and secure, giving residents a stable space while they seek longer-term solutions.
The council is continuing to invest in housing across the borough, with 20 Plymouth Road being one of the many initiatives to make sure everyone in West Devon has a safe place to stay.
