Theatre company ready to unleash Broadway on Torbay

The curtain is going up on Unleashed Theatre Company’s hilarious new musical review. Comprising hysterical sketches and some of Broadway’s most iconic songs, this variety show promises to be a night not to be missed.

Bringing together four groups within the Unleashed Community this fundraiser boasts a cast of nearly 100 local people from the Unleashed Community Choir, Community Drama and the local community. 

Martin Harris, Unleashed’s Artistic Director who has devised the show, said: “People are really in for a treat with this show which will hopefully send them out with a big smile on their face.

“This is the first big event of our new season which we are really excited about. This season we are offering a six week art course, launching our new Comedy Nights and next month we are looking forward to welcoming Moonstone Theatre for our first ever Murder Mystery. 

“We really feel this season there is something for everyone.”

Last year, Unleashed was awarded the Kings Award and the Police Commissioner’s Community Champion Award in the Torbay Weekly Business Awards for their work with disadvantaged folk within their local community.
