Bloor Homes and Persimmon Homes are celebrating the top marks.
Bloor Homes has been awarded Five Star developer status by the Home Builders Federation, marking the eighth consecutive year the company has achieved the top rating for customer satisfaction.
The prestigious accolade is based on feedback from homebuyers, gathered through the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey is conducted by the National House-Building Council, Premier Guarantee and LABC Warranty.
Bloor Homes, which has a regional office in Exeter, was recognised for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction across its developments.
Richard Oldroyd, chief operating officer at the company, said: “The HBF Five Star rating gives us an important independent endorsement on how our customers see us and are an important barometer of everything we are doing right across all levels of our business.
“We pride ourselves on the high quality of our build, right through to the customer service of our sales advisers, and after care provided by our site teams. Running for more than 20 years, the annual survey provides insight into the housebuilding industry, helping to drive improvements while supporting buyers in making informed decisions.

Persimmon Homes star rating
Persimmon Homes has also retained its five-star status, marking five consecutive years of top ratings in the same customer satisfaction survey.
The accreditation is based on feedback from homeowners after moving in, with the system recently updated to place greater emphasis on build quality and aftercare. Scores are now drawn from both eight-week and nine-month surveys, offering a broader picture of customer experience over time.
Rob Hart, regional chairman for Persimmon South West, said: “We’re proud that all four of our South West businesses have been rated five stars by our customers for the fifth year running. It’s great to see this reflected in our Trustpilot rating too, showing the quality of service customers receive throughout their homebuying journey.
