The report highlighted the school's commitment to providing effective support for the diverse needs of all students.

Key takeaways from the positive report include:

  • Local governors are making positive strides, contributing to the school's success.

While the report points out areas for improvement, school leaders are actively addressing them.

Emma Goodwin, Principal at Chagford CofE Primary School, said: "We are absolutely thrilled with this report and incredibly proud of the hard work put in by students and staff alike. The school is at the heart of the community, so this is a fantastic result for the whole town."

It was encouraging to see the report underline the many things that make Chagford a special place in the community, and I’m excited to see it go from strength to strength."
