The Romansfield housing development in Okehampton has just one home left for sale, following a successful sales period since its launch in 2019.
The development, located on Fort Road, was completed in two phases and has seen 147 homes sold to date.
The remaining property, a four-bedroom detached Canterbury, is priced at £485,000.
Developers say Romansfield has attracted a range of buyers, from young professionals to families, due to its location near Dartmoor National Park and its proximity to Plymouth, Tavistock, and Exeter.
The Moorlander understands that the development has also seen significant investment in local infrastructure, with over £2.4 million contributed to education, transport, and road improvements.
Developers explained that The Canterbury is part of Redrow’s Heritage Collection, with a design that combines traditional architecture with modern interiors.
The property features an open-plan kitchen-diner, a study, and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Sian Smith, Sales Director for Redrow South West, commented: “With picturesque, natural spaces on the doorstep and our Arts and Crafts inspired architecture, it’s easy to see why Romansfield has proven to be so desirable.”
The development is located near green spaces and has access to public transport, including hourly train services to Exeter.
