All-female leadership team driving growth at Betterclean Services in the South West

A merger of five commercial cleaning franchise territories in the South West has brought in a new era of female leadership at Betterclean Services.

The newly consolidated business, now covering Cornwall, Plymouth, Torbay, Exeter and Taunton, is led by Caroline Spiller and Danni McIntyre, who head up the franchise with a people-first approach.

“We know that happy, motivated staff are the foundation of a great service,” said Ms Spiller. “By supporting our team with fair pay, respect, and career development opportunities, we empower them to take pride in their work, which in turn results in cleaner, healthier workplaces for our clients.”

Betterclean Services now employs more than 200 cleaning staff and works with a range of clients across sectors including offices, schools, retail and healthcare.
