Friends of Bovey School Vice-Chair Chris Yeo, who organised the auction, said: “We have been absolutely blown away by the generosity of local businesses when it comes to supporting our events this year. 25 businesses in and around Bovey helped us put on a quiz night recently which raised £2,700 and another 40 have helped us put together these amazing set of auction prizes. We are incredibly grateful to every single one and are really excited to see how much money we can raise for the school.”
The auction will run until the end of June. Any business who wishes to donate a prize can still do so by emailing boveyfobs@gmail.com.
