A new housing development in North Tawton is entering its final phase, with more than 80 per cent of homes now sold, according to the developer.
The Weavers Place site, built by Allison Homes South West, was launched in 2023 and offers a mix of three- and four-bedroom properties.
The company says only a limited number of homes remain available.
Located near the village square and bordered by countryside, the development has been described by the firm as a “thriving new community”.
Caroline Lunness, Sales Manager at Allison Homes South West, said: “We launched the development in 2023, and we’ve enjoyed being able to contribute to the community ever since. At Allison Homes, we take pride in creating quality homes for local people.”
“Weavers Place has proved to be popular, and with the final homes remaining, we’re urging potential buyers to get in touch,” she said.
Among the remaining homes is the Exlana, a four-bedroom detached house.
The property includes a bay-windowed lounge, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors to a south-facing garden, a utility room, and an en-suite to the main bedroom. The company says only two are still available.
The development is located near the River Taw and within walking distance of the centre of North Tawton, a small market town with independent businesses, a primary school, and local sports facilities.
