The arrests relate to the death of 24-year-old Drew Perham, whose body was found in the water at King Point Marina on Sunday 25 January.

The two teenagers have been released on police bail until May while enquiries continue.

Three 19-year-old men, two from Plymouth and one from Exmouth, were previously arrested on suspicion of murder and will remain on police bail until April.

Layton Randle, 19, of Oakfield Terrace Road, Plymouth, has been charged with the murder of Mr Perham on Saturday 24 January.

He appeared before Plymouth Crown Court on 29 January and was remanded in custody. He is due to appear at the same court again on 6 March.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Detectives have made two further arrests in connection with the death of Drew Perham.”

They added: “Our investigation remains ongoing and we continue to support Mr Perham’s family at this difficult time.”

Police have not released further details about the circumstances surrounding Mr Perham’s death, and enquiries by the Major Crime Investigation Team are continuing.
