Images from Kingsteignton show flooding across low-lying roads and surrounding areas following heavy rain overnight.
As of 11.21am on Tuesday 27 January, a flood warning remains in place for the River Teign at Newton Abbot Racecourse, covering low-lying properties and roads including Jetty Marsh Road, the A383 Newton Road and parts of Kingsteignton’s industrial and retail parks.
The flooding follows further disruption across South Devon, including road closures in Paignton at Dartmouth Road, and delays on the M5 and A30.
