All lanes have reopened on the A38 Devon Expressway westbound after a broken-down bus caused disruption near Kenn.
The incident affected traffic between the A380 Telegraph Hill junction at Splatford Split and the Racecourse junction earlier today.
The bus has now been removed and traffic is moving freely again, according to highways officials.
Motorists are advised that residual delays may ease as traffic conditions return to normal.
