Tavistock Restaurant Week is running until 1 November Credit- Visit Tavistock
Tavistock residents and visitors can still take part in the town’s first ever ‘Restaurant Week’, which is running until this Saturday (1 November).
The event, organised by Visit Tavistock, celebrates the town’s food and drink scene with 27 cafés, pubs and restaurants offering discounts, meal deals and special menus.
It began on 18 October and has drawn strong support from local businesses and diners across the town.

Participating venues include well-known names such as 76 Bar & Kitchen, The Cornish Arms, The Bedford Hotel, Aroma Café, Church Lane, Mickeys Plaice, and Tavi L’s Fish & Chips.
Each business is offering its own deal, ranging from free coffees and discounted breakfasts to two-for-one main courses, daily specials and percentage discounts on meals.
For example, Aroma Café is offering 10% off breakfast and brunch dishes, while Church Lane is giving away a free regular coffee or tea with every breakfast dish ordered between 4pm and 5pm.
Little Corner Pantry has a £10 daily special that includes a main and drink, and The Bedford Hotel is running a two-for-one deal on desserts when diners order main courses.
Visit Tavistock’s Facebook said the event has been a great opportunity to highlight the town’s wide range of places to eat and drink.
“We’re thrilled to have such an incredible line-up for our very first Restaurant Week, each business bringing something unique, delicious, and full of local flavour to the table.”
The event follows Tavistock’s popular Halloween Parade, which organisers described as a “spooktacular turnout.”
